These earrings are lightweight, unique and each pair has a story to tell. Handmade using historic reclaimed wood and Sterling Silver.
I contact local reclamation yards and wood recycling projects to source salvaged wood that has an interesting provenance.
After purchasing the wood, I saw it into thin sections and shapes using a small powered saw. They are hand sanded, painted and then finished with natural wax oil.
I'm offering these in the sale at 40% off to make way for a new collection that is even more eco-conscious. They have been in storage so there may be minor imperfections.
Please note: As these earrings are handmade (not laser cut) and use natural wood; no two will be the same.
Length of ear wire: 3.2cm
Sterling Silver (stamped 925)
- Jarrah, salvaged from the floating harbour. It was one of the pontoons of George's Brewery 1788 - 1999.
